Before you write in
A few things that help a report get resolved faster:
For a setup issue, include the exact text from the log box on the Setup screen — it usually shows exactly which component failed.
For a detection question, note which sensitivity preset was used and roughly how many bark events were expected versus found.
For a feature request, describe the report or workflow you're trying to produce — not just the setting you think is missing.
